Katie’s Classes are born of her deep love of music and her passion for using movement as a means of self-exploration.
She believes that the highest truth of who we are is found in a calm, regulated nervous system and a body that can move freely—she's passionate about functional movement and aims to keep your joints and tissues safe, healthy, and supple, well into old age. She hopes that you leave her Class feeling strong, spacious, and attuned to both your inner and outer worlds.
