Christina Berkley
Christina is a spirited soul originally from Queens, NY, whose journey is a fusion of creativity, wellness and joyful living. Christina’s path took a mindful turn in 2016 when she moved to Los Angeles and stumbled upon Yoga. She found herself captivated by its transformative power. Christina delved deep into the practice earning certifications in Yoga Barre, Sculpt, and two 200hr Yoga trainings under the Yoga Alliance.
Christina’s love for music and dance intertwined with her yoga journey allowing her to induce movement, grace and rhythm. She is an avid reader and writer, continually exploring new realms of imagination and expression. Christina embodies the belief that movement is vital—In her world, every day is an opportunity to spread joy, embrace your essence and dance to the rhythm of the heart.
