(“The Class”, “we”, “our” or “us”) 22 Park Place, 3rd Floor, New York, New York 10007 owns and operates the website http://theclass.com at which it offers the products and services described, including The Class, The Cleanse, the Retreatment, The Digital Studio and related activities (the “Services”).  We respect your right to privacy.  The purpose of this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is to describe and disclose to you what kind of information we may collect from you and how we may use or disclose that information in connection with the Services.

 

As explained below, we collect information from you and other visitors and users (collectively, “you”, “your”, or “users”) of our website in various ways when you interact with our website (collectively, the “Site”), including, for example, registering for the Services, visiting or browsing through the Site for other purposes, or participating in or using any Service.  By using our Site and/or Services and providing any information to us through the same, you consent to our collection and use of information as explained in this Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by our Terms of Use.

If you purchase a Service or a subscription to a Service (each such transaction, a “Purchase”), you must provide valid payment card information. This information is collected directly by our payment vendors and is not received or stored by The Class

When you create an account, you may receive certain emails:

 

Transaction emails: When you first register with The Class, we may send you a welcome email that provides information about the Services and your account. If you make a Purchase, we may send you an email confirming your Purchase. We may also, from time to time, send you other emails concerning your account status. You may not opt-out of receiving transactional emails.

 

Newsletters: We may send you newsletters and other emails about new or upcoming Vimeo products, services, or offers. If you decide you no longer wish to receive these emails, you may opt-out as instructed in each email or in your account settings.

 

Emails from The Class: When you make a Purchase, you agree to receive emails from the The Class. To opt out of emails sent directly by The Class, please follow the opt-out instructions set forth in the emails.

 

We are not responsible for removing, deleting, amending, retrieving, or modifying your Personally Identifiable Information from the lists of any Third Party Services or other third party who has previously been provided your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

 

Children’s Privacy Policy

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

 

The Site is primarily maintained in the United States of America, but we may have other locations and may at times have to export your Non-Personally Identifiable Information or Personally Identifiable Information to other locations in foreign countries.  By accessing the Site, you consent to and authorize the export of your information to the United States of America or other foreign countries and its storage and use as specified in this Privacy Policy.
