For over 25 years, Taryn Toomey has explored the alchemy of body, mind, and spirit, guided by curiosity, creative force, and a belief in both science and Divine magic. A student of life, Taryn engages in an ever-evolving process.Her immersion in diverse modalities, including yoga, psychodynamic therapies, EMDR, sound work, plant medicines, rhythmic breathwork, trauma work, and experiential therapies, has shaped The Class, a music-driven somatic exercise method that regulates the nervous system, releases stuck energy, and opens the heart.
