What are arrival and departure times?

Check-in is at 3:00 pm CEST (local time) and programming begins at 4:30 pm CEST on Tuesday May 20, 2025.
Programming ends at 11:00 am CEST, with check-out at 12:00 pm CEST on Saturday May 24, 2025.

Flight information

Ibiza Airport (IBZ) is a 35-minute drive and welcomes international and domestic flights, plus private jets and helicopters. Flights are approximately two hours from most major European cities throughout the year.

Transportation

The drive to and from the airport is roughly 35 minutes. Please take note of the suggested arrival and departure times so that you can join our group shuttle.  

To the resort: Our complimentary, pre-arranged shuttles will depart Ibiza International airport at 1:30 pm and 3:00 pm on May 20. We suggest booking a flight that lands at 2:00 pm or earlier. 

To the airport: Our complimentary, pre-arranged shuttles will depart Six Senses at approximately 11:00 am on May 24. We suggest booking a flight that departs at 2:00 pm or later. 

If your flight will arrive outside our group shuttle times, we ask that you make your own way to Six Senses. Email us at [email protected] and we will connect you with Six Senses to arrange for transportation. The same applies to departures that will fall outside our group shuttle times. 

Share your itinerary

When you’re ready, please share your travel itinerary with us HERE. We must collect this information for all students, regardless of whether you are utilizing our group shuttle. Travel itineraries must be sent by April 20, 2025. Our shuttle schedule will be sent one week prior to our arrival.

Six Senses group shuttle service

If you’re utilizing our group shuttle, the driver will be waiting outside the airport in the shuttle area. The Six Senses driver will be holding a sign that reads ‘Six Senses’. We’ll be waiting for you at the resort.

How can I add an extra night, either before The Retreatment check-in date or after The Retreatment check-out date?

You can add it in wetravels as an Add On. The cost is $900 per room, whether for single or double occupancy rooms, and includes a delicious breakfast to start your day. Take this opportunity to ease into the magic of Ibiza or linger a little longer in its serene beauty, giving yourself the gift of more time to unwind and savor the experience.

How can I book massage appointments?

Six Senses Spa offers a range of relaxing treatments designed to enhance your retreat experience. As a unique gift Six Senses is offering:

Are afternoon activities required?

Everything during The Retreatment is optional. We highly encourage you to join us for meditation, The Class, and restorative afternoon movement, as this programming is designed to be cumulative. This week is about taking care of YOU. Please do what feels best and right for your body and spirit. 

Dietary restrictions 

All our meals will be gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and, most importantly, delicious. If you did not submit any dietary restrictions or allergies during registration, please share them with us as soon as possible by emailing [email protected].

An access link will be provided in your welcome email. Please be sure you are subscribed to receive The Class emails and check your promotions/spam folders.

Yes, pricing listed on our website is in USD.

How can I accept contributions from friends and family towards my trip?

The contributions feature through our booking platform, WeTravel, allows you to fundraise and collect payments from your family and friends to pay towards your trip balance. Read more about contributions HERE.

Are yoga mats provided?

Yes. 

What amenities are provided in the bathrooms?

Hairdryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion are supplied in each bathroom in addition to other luxury amenities.

Will alcohol be served?

There will be alcohol available through your room tab at the hotel. Please provide a credit card upon arrival, so your balance may be settled when you depart. Alcohol is not included in The Retreatment total.
